Is Previous Restaurant Experience Required?

Of course it helps to have experience, but the answer is NO! No Experience is Necessary! We have streamlined our operations to make it easier for the franchise operator to be able to learn through our Training Program. The Training Program provided as part of your Franchise Package will provide you the tools, training and foundation necessary for you to successfully operate your franchise. But we don’t stop there. We offer additional follow up and ongoing assistance throughout the term of your franchise agreement. Bottom line: We support your efforts.

Can I Franchise More Than One Unit?

YES! We absolutely welcome the development of multiple units. Franchisees who demonstrate the ability and financial resources to successfully operate multiple Sobik’s Subs Shops may inquire at any time. Area Development Agreements are available as well for Franchise Operators who wish to encompass territories.

What Is The Term Of The Franchise Agreement?

10 Years. The initial term is ten (10) years. The agreement is renewable, subject to your performance during the initial term. There will be a renewal fee of 50% of the franchise fee at that time.

How Do I Obtain Financing For My Equipment?
Several options are available to you if you do not have liquid cash. You may wish to approach your own personal bank for a loan, SBA or otherwise. We can provide, if you wish, a list of potential current lending and equipment leasing sources.

Can I Finance My Franchise Fee?

Although the Franchise Fee is non-negotiable, we can, at our sole discretion, split the Franchise Fee into 2 equal payments. The first payment would be due at the Preliminary Agreement.

Are There Ongoing Franchise Fees?

A Sobik’s franchisee is responsible to pay 5% of Net Sales royalty and 4% of Gross Sales to support Marketing (The majority of the Central Florida Market only) Out of state franchisees are required to pay Sobik’s Subs Franchising, Inc. 1% of Gross Sales and are required to spend a minimum of 3% Gross Sales for marketing in their demographic area.
