Unlike a typical sub shop franchise, which is mostly a lunch business, Sobik’s units allow you to expand your operation to compete in three day parts – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast service is optional, based on your location. With our inexpensive, modern cook line (griddle, fryers, hood system) you are able to serve the best Philly Steak & Cheese Subs, Wings, Burgers and Fries in the industry. And the cook line allows you to greatly expand your catering menu, offering more opportunities for increased sales. Hours of operation for Sobik’s units are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday thru Sunday. The franchisee fee is $15,000 and $7,500 for each additional franchise you wish to purchase. The investment range for a Sobik’s Subs unit is between $141,070 and $292,000.
If you choose to find a pre-existing restaurant that meets our specifications and retrofit, your initial outlay may be considerably lower, depending upon the equipment and layout of the location. Your royalty fee is 5% of net sales. Marketing fee is 4% of net sales for the majority of the Central Florida market.
